I tried to exchange my old m31 in Samsung store, typed IMEI code and it shows product not found.
Later checked in Amazon and it shows device not found.
This phones IMEI code is shown in this app and 'My galaxy' app too, but unfortunately it doesn't work.
Does anyone know about this issue?

Don't know what happened, I visited the website and tried to register the device. Its working now, but Samsung shop app has a bug I guess.
