I purchased Samsung M51 with 2 Yr Comprehensive protection plan from (Samsung shop online.com) but not received the certificate for 15days from the date of purchase so

 

I requested the customer support thru mail& calls to provide me certificate for 2years Comprehensive protection.

 

 

 

But they have cancelled Comprehensive protection plan and refund the amount without my knowledge after 45days from date of purchase, I not requested for cancellation or refund the amount.

 

 

 

So Continuous requested I don’t required amount and I Need 2 Yr Comprehensive protection plan, but there saying now its Technical error and they denied to give

 

2 Yr Comprehensive protection plan from Samsung care plus

 

 

 

Its humble request to you, Please resolve issue & I am Samsung Customers for 15years 

 

 

 

Please go thru below trail which sent to customer support and Please help to get

 

2 Yr Comprehensive protection plan(Rs.1399)

First you need to call them which u did already I guess.

Now you should mail on support.india@samsumg.com

if still not solved you should use "Email to CEO" on Samsung India website.
