You can ignore this, this app is important for Adaptive battery management system without this adaptive features won't work.

Then why its not supporting on my model which is running on android 13

My dear don't bothered and ignore it's because it's so important for Adaptive battery management system. Battery Adaptive system can't work without this App. Thanks.
