S Health Update and Data Lost

Hey, has anyone else updated their S Health app recently and lost all their data? It happened to me .
Recently updated to [6.24.1.031] and lost everything. :( 
All my activities, badges from challenges completed, weight logs, water tracking, sleep tracking, food logs, custom foods everything. Always had the auto-sync turned on through the app setting and synced the app manually every day too. But, still, everything just vanished. Unbelievable. Tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, syncing, over and over again, but to no avail. Also, I noticed that I could still download my data from the Samsung server through the settings in the app but the app can't sync it. Honestly Garbage. I am heartbroken and frustrated.

I have the same problem, its VERY SAD
Is there some way we can restore the Samsung Health account to a previous date ?

I started with calling their support and with no help ended up here. Did you find any way to get the data back? I have at least 7-8 years of records

faced same issue using galaxy watch 4
i tried older version but nothing fixed the issue
still sync is not working
i guess s health is not connecting with their servers coz i am trying to download personal data which is also not working
and health connect app also not working from now on

... Correct..You can't rely on Samsung Data Storage. Frequently it is getting vanished. Hence you can sync it with Google Fit thru Health Connect.
