I'm having issues connecting my new S24 Ultra using Dex to my Lenovo monitor. I raised a ticket over WhatsApp.. someone said they will call me from call center.. I got a call.. post that the guy said to go to service center as my cable is faulty.

I said if cable is faulty then let me know what cable is right and give me specifications.. he said samsung doesn't provide these details and still I need to visit service center for these details..

This is such a pathetic reply. Paying 1.3 lakhs and getting such a support.

Definitely that is what I will try to do.. but what kind of cable what Hz .. that is the specification which I asked

There was total of 4 calls from support but none of them were to suggest cable specification yet.. such is the knowledge of support...

I use a Samsung 45-watt charging cable, and it works great with dex.
