 I have claimed my buds on the 5th of June and its been 2 months after I received my cidt I haven't got any news I've tried emailing tellus@samsung.com and verify@samsung.com with no response from them please can someone help

The Buds promotion for the S20 expired Leeann, it was running from May 15. 2020 to Jun 19. 2020

Cant be,as i waa told that I will be fetting mine whilst doing the upgrade telephonically.
But if that is the case,it leaves me with no option to cancel all my contracts and move over to Mtn where i will receive immed.

Please place both buds in the case and charge them for 30 minutes, before connecting them to your device.
