Goodday samsung family . I recently purchased a samsung galaxy a37 . As part of the promotion I was to recieve a smart watch and ear buds aswell . I was informed I need to claim it on the samsung app but u can't seem to find anything anywhere.....and samsung support just refers me to promotion department. Promotion department cant help me because I have not claimed the promotion as yet...... can anyone help me please
