I claimed the promotion for the free buds and watch for my upgrade on the 27th November. And I received an email saying my claim has been successful, however I've heard nothing since. I have not received a notification from a courier or anything else regarding this promotion, and since the email said 7 to 14 working days, we are well over that time by a few weeks already. What gives?
