I posted a while back asking about why my promotion claim was still undelivered, despite being approved for the promotionon the 27th of November.
I have investigated a little on my own and found that the parcel, being handled by Skynet, has been sitting in my local depot since the 12th of December. The tracking number is consistently saying "Consignee not available" despite the fact that no courier has arrived at my house in the time.
Very poor service from Skynet. Perhaps Samsung should reconsider their business with this courier company.
Skynet is absolute trash. I ordered a GW8 Classic on Black Friday, and it was delivered the Monday after a full week. They kept saying that I wasn't available for contact, so when Monday came, I called first thing in the morning and demanded to speak to the driver, which went smoothly, but I shouldn't have had to do that.
