Samsung Buds + Claim

Hey,

Anyone know how long it's supposed to take for your Buds + to be delivered? 

I claimed mine on the 27/05/2020 and haven't heard anything since receiving my reference number?

Anything else I need to do?

be happy if you don't hear anything from Samsung...i claimed mine on the 20th of May so yours most probably on its way

the wait is worthwhile i received mine Tuesday...an they weren't playing wen they said 22hrs of play time...i love the sound and even more that I forget im using them

Please be advised that the buds delivery take between 2 to 4 weeks.

Please also note that the buds deliveries commenced at the beginning of level 3 after they had been put on hold during Level 5 and 4,  you will receive a call upon delivery of your parcel .

I'm also waiting for mine but I claimed it at the beginning of June.

mine are taking forever, apparently there was an issue with my claim as MTN didn't send my details on time. Samsung has been investigating for over a month 😞
