I tried to claim my free buds and watch and my request was declined. I have emailed samsung and gotten no responses l. What can I do? It was declined because apparently the offer ended on the 16 of November where the website states 10 December. Please help.

Morning. How did you claim. I dont see banner, and I got 2 new samsung phones

I used the one on the samsung members app but they haven't updated it with the new banner

Bought the Galaxy A35 from Takealot. Then registered the device on Samsung website. The device is now displayed under my registered devices on the Members app. But, I have no way to claim the free Galaxy Buds. There is no benefits or vouchers under the "Benefits" tab in the Members app.
I emailed & they told me to:
Unfortunately we cannot redeem on your behalf it has to be done from the device itself.


Kindly use the following steps for redeeming and to access the banner.

 

*Uninstall and reinstall the app on your device

*update software's via Wi-Fi

*Restart the device and use data instead of Wi-Fi to do the claim.

*Go on members app, under benefits

*Click on the banner for A35 & A55 promo

*Populate information on the form

*Attach proof of purchase & ID 

*Avoid doing a copy and paste.
I did As they told me & nothing helped. I tried phoning and was on hold for 10 mins. Still no help

Iv done all of the above information received a ref no and still nothing why can't we pick up the watch at the store wer we took out the contract?

I had the same issue. My husband's claim was accepted and mine was rejected. After multiple days calling the call centre (and using all my minutes), I finally had them reverse the rejection. They said that they had extended the claim dates and that not everyone in their department had been made aware of the change of dates, hence the rejection of my claim.

Anyways, my husband's buds and watch were FINALLY delivered yesterday (03/02/2025) after having his claim validated on 08/12/2025. Mine was only finally validated on 20/12/2025, so I suppose I still have to wait awhile for my delivery... Pathetic service from Samsung. If you have a promotional item during a certain timeframe, give it to the customer when they collect their phone!
