I called Samsung promotions to ask about the R2000 voucher claim. I received an email from them stating I can claim it within the membership app, yet there was no benefit to claim at all. After the call I was given the same link as the Galaxy buds claim and was told I would hopefully get the voucher via that same form. Any had this email come through?

I have the same expereince, whereas there is no promotional banner to select for the R2000 voucher, the Samsung member's area does not include the banner that has been advertised.

Glad to hear I am not the only one. As I pre ordered way back in February. I hope they email it, cause I will hold them to it to fulfill it.

Order something for that amount on the Samsung e store, you will be able redeem your voucher at the checkout. Worked for me. Am just waiting for my delivery.

Did you already have a voucher code to enter? Or what steps were taken to get the voucher code? I bought my phone through Telkom ZA. Not via Samsung's website.
