R2000 voucher not working on Samsung Online store

Please fix the Samsung Online store. The R2000 voucher is not being applied to any mobile accessories.

That's just pathetic! I've had serious issues with Samsung eshop the since preordering and ALL the issues were related to terrible website programming.

Hi I also pre-ordered, and registered but can not see anywhere how to obtain the R2000 voucher? Can Samsung please help here with this? Bought a Samsung S23 plus 15 February 2023. I can not see that Samsung is replying or helping here anywhere....?
