PromotionsI have recently bought the new Samsung A54, which was extremely difficult to get in Durban. I enquired about the watch and was advised that they don't have it in stock anywhere in Durban. Therefore, I had to just take the Samsung A54 without the watch.
It is not the customer's fault if the stores itself does not have the package that I wanted as Samsung could not deliver stock to the store. I believe that it is not just for customers to experience this issue as we don't have control as to what comes in your stores.
I have applied for the Samsung buds but unfortunately have been declined for it. I strongly believe that due to the company's inability to have stock on time, customers should be compensated for that as this is the stores issue and not the customer! Therefore, the Samsung buds should be awarded to me as this is a current issue in Durban which has not been resolved.
