I am unhappy Customer, last year I bought a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, that comes out with a 32 Samsung TV, I received my phone and made the claim and it was valid, my TV license was new paid up to date.

I made communication with Samsung consultants throughout the Year, I never received a message or an email even telling me that there's is a delay.

Eventide I call in the call center I am told it's in process to be dispatched until now December 2021.

I called for the whole year asking my TV, what does it mean the promotions are a lie πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

I am dissatisfied and disappointed 😞, please advise me, I have tried everything.

Or should I take this to the social media, maybe it's many of Us.

Take it to social media as retail shops or some online retailers tend to either have a very small fine print mentioning delays or just not mentioning it at all... Hope that helps?

I am extremely disappointed with Samsung online store. I bought a TV on the 26 Nov , and 22 days after, still no TV, and no comms as to what is happening.

I have had to call at least 10 times to get feedback on what is happening. This, despite providing all the necessary information that is required.

 Each time, the agents say they will call me, but they never do, and each time, i have to explain the same problem.Today  i asked for their managers' names, and i emailed them. The agent said that the manager will call me within 30 mins, and here i am still waiting.

I even asked for a refund, and they say their system is down. and than the manual refund will take about 3 weeks.

If a sales process is taking 22 days, then i wonder how much a refund process will take !!

Even threatening to go to social media does not affect anyone it seems.

Extremely poor service, extremely disappointed.

But not a good one, unfortunately I'm still waiting............. I believe it will be another year again.... Wow what's the point of doing promotions SAMSUNG!

In December I was promised that the courier will contact me soon, well guess what guys I'm still Waiting, this has made me to take a decision to move to Apple.

Every two years I would buy the latest Samsung Galaxy, due to my love for SAMSUNG, but now I've fallen out of love, due to unreliable service which I see as false Marketing promises.

I am also still waiting since Nov 2020 for my TV. They are totally useless!!
