I claimed about a week or 2 ago and got my buds today. They do deliver. I'm not really sure what happened with your claim. But as for me, Samsung didn't reply via mail. The courier just called me out of the blue and said they have my stuff and I went to collect
MY CITD number is as follows CITD235591612574. I got another response from Samsung on Members stating that there was no promotion on the S10e for the buds+... The fact that there is even that assumption from Samsung is even more evident that "customer service " is non existent.
