I am having serious issue of sound/volume in my Z4 device. Have visited the service center who said that they have changed the settings to rectify the problem. However, the problem is not resolved. The ringtone, notification as well as media volumes are too low and cannot be heard even few meters away. Is there something wrong with the Z4 model itself or something wrong with my device? If the device is faulty and the fault cannot be corrected, it would need to be replaced. please advise. thanks

While picking up the device from the service center please check if the device issue is fixed or not and inform same to the service engineer.

visited once already. there was marginal improvement but i signed in good faith that issue was resolved. still volume not satisfactory. will visit again and advise. however, need reply to my specific query above, whether the Z4 model is known to have sound/volume issues? do later models have better sound/volume? also please advise what is the function of the app called "volume" which is already pre-installed in the device. thanks.
