I am currently using Samsung S24 ultra running one ui 7
I have previously raised a concern regarding
I have noticed that any ringtone that is of length
if any ringtone that is of more than 4 seconds then while a phone call comes the ringtone starts with a very low volume for aprrox 4 to 5 seconds and then it rings on normal volume
if it were a feature then why a 4 seconds or lower seconds ringtone rings normally and any ringtone more than 4 seconds have ascending ringtone effect
this is a defect in software implementation
I request your goodselves to provide a feature to disable ascending ringtone effect through future software updates
or atleast give an option in good lock module to

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.
● Check app cache: Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.
● Reset the device Settings: Settings > General Management > Reset settings>Reset all settings to their default.
● Check device volume settings: Tap on Settings > Sound & vibration>Volume > Drag the volume adjustment bar left or right to increase or decrease the device volume.
To verify, play music and check the music sound. If the sound quality is good, then your speaker is working fine.
● Clear Adapt sound data: Settings> Apps> Filter and Sort> Enable Show system apps> OK>Search Adapt Sound> Storage> Clear data.
● Reset app preferences: Settings> Apps> Three dots> Reset app preferences> Reset.

● You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember password then advise to reset (Forgot password) your Google account.
Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.
