OthersThe soundbar is getting hanged after playing content for some time. The soundbar is connected via eARC/ARC. When the soundbar gets hanged, none of the buttons on the remote works, i cannot change volume, mute or change any input from remote or as a matter of fact nothing from remote works. Even the physical buttons on the soundbar does not work. The soundbar stays in this position for around 2 hours and this issue resolves only when power cord is removed from the device and connected back. This issue happens with my VU and SAMSUNG tv both.

OthersHi,
Did you find any resolution to this issue? I also purchased this device in the month of September and facing the same issue. Also, Alexa hotword in my case isn't working. It just worked for once and now soundbar won't recognize Alexa keyword.
Complaint was raised in the first week of October, and still waiting for a resolution. Service center mentioned that it will be replaced, but so far no communication.
My unresponsiveness issue is like the soundbar would stop responding to its own remote, smartthings app, or TV remove after a few hours. Sometimes it will keep on playing audio, and sometimes audio will also be lost. The only way to get back the audio is to switch it off and switch on again.
At times it will be fully unresponsive or some times it will respond, but very slowly. Like you can expect it to increase volume after half a minute, if we press vol+ button.
In all cases, it will respond to power button on remote and the "bye" msg is displayed for half a minute before it switched off.
Someone on reddit/avsforums suggested to switch off mic, and this actually works. It mic is on mute, no issue of unresponsiveness but we can't access any of the mic related features then. Something wrong with the code, which handles mic functionality or any hardware issue.

OthersUpdate 10/11/2022
Samsung replaced the complete kit of soundbar/rear speakers/woofer and now all the issues are resolved.
No unresponsiveness and Alexa is working wonderfully. In fact the whole system is more responsive now.
I checked the boxes and the earlier packaging box was imported in April 2022, while this one in Aug 2022. So probably the issues were in the initial batch and Samsung rectified the issue in new iterations.
