I have any problem with software updates with my galaxy j7 prime phone .the last updated of this phone is on November 2019 .since that time to this time there is no software updates are there .even many samsung phone are there have updated with latest may or july software update . But for samsung galaxy j7 there is no software update . Are coming .even I checked my phone weekly that any software updates are coming or not .but no response. Please do something or please reports this problem to the developers. Thankyou
