My phones ringtone is not working if i am putting my phone to general mode then too its not ringing its is just vibrating please help me out...

Bro, first check few settings like ringtone volume..sound mode and all
or
Run your device in the safe mode and check if any recently installed apps are causing this issue
or
Go to settings>applications>click at 3 dots>select reset apps prefrences
