I am facing following problem with the Windfree 1.5 Ton AC
Not able to start or operate the AC by remote - whenever any button is pressed, it makes a beep sound but nothing changes on the display.
When I pressed the physical power button on the AC, it turned on but only showed 10 degrees on the display. The flap opened and closed automatically.
I have noticed that the AC might be working in a windfree mode (though there is no such sign on the display which only shows 10 degrees) because it is cool when I touch the front of the AC.
When I press the power button again, the flap is opened and the wind blows but it closed after a minute or half.
All this while nothing is happening through the remote apart from the AC making beep sound.
What could be the issue? Any thoughts are welcome.
