you just write something after you select that word and it see you dictionary so you can use that dictionary. if it can't work so tell me I give more detail but try first thanks...

manipur may be not available..because I searched it..only default by Samsung you can apply...but I recommend you Google dictionary..no need to install it...just simply type on Google search..it can convert
