Whatsapp problem media

Guys, is anyone facing a problem in whatsapp?? Mean, if someone sending me a media like photo or video through whatsapp..!!.. it's doesn't come in my phone..??..!!..?? 

Why like this???

First of all Check WhatsApp App Settings - Chats - Media Visibility = Turn ON
