Why Whatsapp Clone Data Missing?

Hey as we know that from 1 week whatsapp clone data in Samsung devices is missing. Media files are not viewing in MyFiles app as well as Gallery app. We can only send the newly downloaded files, but we cannot send the previous and old download file. We are unable to open our pdf. This issue makes the huge problem for Samsung user. 

And we know that our Original Whatsapp Data Is moved in the The Android Folder. Now you can only find the original whatsapp data in 

MyFiles> Internal STORAGE> ANDROID> media> com. Whatsapp> Whatsapp 

But here you can only find your Original WHATSAPP data not your Clone Whatsapp. 
I think that this is problem in Dual Messenger. 

I request to Samsung Members and executive please solve this problem as soon a possible. Because we don't want to lose our data. I think most of the user are facing this problem. But samsung is not taking this issue serious.

Due to Google’s improved security policy on Android 11, storage memory is separately managed for each user.
As dual messenger works based on multi-user service, storage memory of dual messenger can't be shared with other apps.
Therefore, downloaded images  using dual messenger are not saved in the Gallery app.
To check downloaded images, please go to My Files > Internal storage > DualApp > DCIM > Messenger app folder

This is software bug everyone facing same problem regarding dual app .. i recommend use whatsapp business app instead dual app ..
I also used both whatsapp simultaneously

Bro now the problem about our old wich was saved in second whats app folder..
