What does this 'other' contain?

After I had factory reset my mobile I had a look over storage analysis and found this. 

Is that usual one? 

I was also asked for this

I didn't tick the check box.

The other section contains the cached data of apps.
It also contains the data of apps that you have deleted without clearing the data of it. You can only remove this cache data after factory resetting the device.

Yeah I was speaking after factory reset.
But they are yet there.

12gb, but from this all files are not cache. 9.29 is form telegram. Rest are cache which only get deleted after factory reset.

Remove the tick in check box. If you don't remove it, Samsung will install bloatware apps in your phone without your permission.
