I have recently updated my samsung s22 ultra, the last update was installed on December 12, 2023.

After the system update, I am UNABLE TO RECIVE ANY MESSAGES OR CALLS ON MY WHATSAPP.
Any messages that i send are getting a single tick although i have a good internet conenction.
Inspite of getting single ticks, my messages and calls are being delivered to the recepient.

But when the sender is sending me any messages or calls, i am not receiving it, the single tick is being shown on the sender's side.

Kindly help me out.

I have been going to through the net and have come across an article on TOI stating that after the system update on s22 ultra, the whatsapp is not receiving messages.

Kindly sort out the problem.
