Hello,
You cannot do Video KYC to open an account and apply for a credit card from Samsung mobile. Because during VIDEO KYC the camera is not able to focus on the important ID like PAN CARD, AADHAR CARD. I tried to do video KYC from all Samsung Galaxy F62, F42, Samsung Galaxy A54, Samsung galaxy F23. Everyone is facing the same problem. For your information, let me tell you that the camera is perfect, there is no dust in front of the camera. Still the camera is not able to focus properly. Not able to show ID like PAN CARD and AADHAR CARD. Who has faced problem while using Samsung mobile during video KYC? Please do comment.

For instant Credit Card approval. VKYC is necessary. There are two way for KYC online and offline. For Online Video KYC is necessary. In Video KYC they verify personal details, aadhar Card and PAN Card details. And also click PAN CARD PHOTO and signature. These details should be visible clearly. They captured live photo. But in Samsung mobile details look bluer. Due to this VKYC not happen. I hope you understand when Video KYC need.

Again same question of those who have No need credit card 😅 i saw many people did this perfectly. No problem in their device. Only some people have this problem.

Not an issue like what you are telling.
but, for a focus in front camera in a video you'll be needing a phone which supports live focus, such as s22,s23,etc
...
...
Also video kyc doesn't requires any types of focus

I had this done already for Samsung Axis Card and never had an issue.. using S23 Ultra
