To help reduce the data in other storage, we recommend clearing the cache of your applications. This action can free up some storage space. However, please note that most of this storage consists of system files, which cannot be reduced.
● How to clear app data
Open Settings >> Tap Apps >> Tap the app you wish to clear data from.
Please note: if you delete files from an app you often use, the app will run slower.
Tap Storage >> Tap Clear cache or Clear data >> Clear data and clear cache selected.
