This file is automatically stated started downloading and i can't able to cancel is this type of file harmful for me?

I was facing this same issue too.. It consumes lots of data n it never got completed.
so I reset my phone.

this is not an issue brother it is mandatory files for playstore
time to times it get updated

haa i know bro bt I think there is some problem in it as it's not getting pause or cancel and even its not getting complete. its like it is stuck there and consuming lots of data.
