I don't have any options gotta do a factory reset again.

I've already made a post regarding my Galaxy Book 2 Pro issues nevertheless now I've got into a new situation as you guys can see that I'm unable to shut down my galaxy book.

The last post I made regarding my galaxy book was the day I reset it the 7th or 8th time (lost count) constantly its troubling me don't know what to do. It's resale value is also bs, made the worst decision of my life when I bought this piece of c r a p. I can't just keep performing factory resets everytime backing up data then doing reset installing the required apps again and again.

Never buying any more Samsung products nor will recommend it to anyone.

Also samsung guys don't try to call me again like you did last time please don't need your support.

Thanks bro, but I did factory reset 9th time 😭 now updating system and installing required apps

Guys for the 9th time i did the factory reset using samsung recovery application. Even after that the same problem arouse. I'm clueless what to do now.
