Unable to activate Microsoft office 2021 in Galaxy Book 2

So I have recently purchased a new laptop, Samsung Galaxy Book 2, from Amazon. It is supposed to come pre-installed with MS Office Home & student 2021. I have logged in using my existing microsoft account and I have activated windows. However, MS Office is not getting activated. It is still prompting me for subscribing to office 365 or entering License key. I have updated the app to latest version, restarted multiple times. Going to Microsoft help page isn't being helpful. 

Can anyone please guide me how to activate MS Office that is pre-installed on a new laptop?

It is advertised to come with MS Office 2021 home & student edition. None of the methods shown in various youtube videos are working

same issue with me also,  MS Office Home & Student 2021 is not present in my Galaxy Book 2 Laptop. Also tried calling customer care support but no update from them too. It's really bad experience.

I have contacted Microsoft support and have sent them my purchase invoice. They took remote access to my laptop and have installed MS office 2021 after removing Office 365. I was assured that it will get activated within 48 hours.

In purchase invoice only laptop amount is mentioned for me. For you along with laptop amount, Microsoft office home and student 2021 amount is mentioned in invoice,?

Yes. The full description of the laptop was given in my invoice.
