Unable to activate Microsoft office 2021 in Galaxy Book 2

So I have recently purchased a new laptop, Samsung Galaxy Book 2, from Amazon. It is supposed to come pre-installed with MS Office Home & student 2021. I have logged in using my existing microsoft account and I have activated windows. However, MS Office is not getting activated. It is still prompting me for subscribing to office 365 or entering License key. I have updated the app to latest version, restarted multiple times. Going to Microsoft help page isn't being helpful. 

Can anyone please guide me how to activate MS Office that is pre-installed on a new laptop?

Microsoft team installed 2021 in my laptop, taken my device id & serial number.

Told me that office is not binded to my laptop.

Amazon team told me they will call me, but they didn't.

Samsung team, they trying different ways to activate it. But fails to do so.

Hi All, today I got call from Samsung technical team, they took my laptop name and serial number and also mail id. They said they need to push the update from backend directly to our laptop. So said will update on this. So they also said Microsoft technical support team can't do anything on this as this should get from Samsung only.

I have checked yesterday night and the issue persisted. I will wait for another day before contacting Microsoft again. How did you contact samsung support btw?

I am presently connected with microsoft support since one hour. Here's the comment from the support guy " I did check the device ID and then what I found out is that the manufacturer of the device didn't deploy yet an office license which si the reason why we even run trouble shoot and restarted the device twice the license is still not showing up".

I am simultaneously connected with microsoft,amazon and samsung support. Microsoft support guy is the one taking charge, samsung support guy straight way told to contact amazon as device has been purchased from amazon. Such **bleep** happens here in India. Just throwing the customer through loops.
