Dear Samsung Members,

We would like to share resolution steps to resolve safe mode system UI issue.
Settings -> lockscreen-> wallpaper services -> select none and restart the phone. 
In case problem persists,

Once clear cache/data of phone app

And if you are using dual sim>turn off sim and turn on again>restart your device and try again

I am using Samsung F22. Currently it is running on Android 12 and UI 4.1. Since giving this new update, I don't see any software or data network issues (Data works slowly even with full network signals only on this mobile). Kindly request to Samsung et al to solve these problems through update as soon as possible

I personally prefer you to update through Smart Switch

Clear Cache/data of phone app

Turn off the sim, turn it on and restart your device
