Dear Samsung Team,

I'm facing this Discoloration and bleeding Pixels Issue from the past two months.Instead of providing the solution to the discoloration problem surprisingly I got a denying service letter from the Samsung Service Center. They are saying that it was developed through normal usage.

How can they confirm without even diagnosing the mobile? It's clearly stating that they just want to sideline the issue with the lame reasons and they are just looking for silly excuses to say to customers so that they can save INR 13999 by this, if the customer doesn't fight back.

I didn't have any physical damage or scratches or dents on my mobile. I tried to explain to them, when this issue happened I requested them to check,instead of acknowledging the issue they are claiming signs of physical damage rather than honoring their warranty.

I've been asking the root cause analysis(RCA) document but they are not providing as they also don't know the exact reason for this problem however, asking customers to pay for display replacements. How much amount they gained by these replacements as many were saying in forums like they changed the display by paying their own money.

There is no resolution from Samsung customer support. I am disappointed and feeling cheated with the recent experience at Samsung's service center. Cheated by purchasing Samsung products. It's very pathetic, in 2 months only they denied to provide warranty by blaming the customer. It's a very common trend for Samsung by involving their service center person. All of them are fraud persons sitting for looting the customer and our system and law allow them to do so because no action has been taken for customer rights.

I never and ever suggest anyone in my life to buy Samsung products. I got a denying service letter from them. I can’t believe a company like Samsung would do this.

Never Never again. They've not only lost a customer for life, they've gained an adversary. They seem to be gaining a lot of adversaries lately. Don't buy their junk.

I have gone through so much mental trauma by using the mobile with this issue and No Response from Samsung Service Center. I contacted the Amazon Customer Care for providing me the solution to the discoloration and bleeding Pixels problem. They asked me to provide the Denying service letter and as per their requirement I provided them the denying service letter from the Samsung Service Center.

They assured me for the solution. But it’s been half a month and I’ve sent dozens of pictures to their team and also many calls to customer care but I got no resolution yet and now my Smartphone is dead. So, I'm requesting concerned authorities to look into the issue and provide me a needful solution as it has been 2 months since I've been facing the issue. Ajay Verma 8962404156
