Can't export or/and install app to SD CARD

Hi... 

Galaxy M21 using... I have shortage of space so I inserted 128 GB external SD CARD...but when ever I move apps to SD card it says not enough space... But actually only 1.75 GB is used....

I have tried with App mgr Pro III...

But it transfer app but App not going to Card and in Home it shows App doesn't installed.

I have to reinstall App....

My SD CARD details are below described.

(Wether my SD CARD configaration is problem?)
