Hi, this is Remond. I bought a Samsung S22Ultra from China. I diagnosed my phone here and it notifies me that there is an official software problem in my phone. I noticed that in my phone settings there is no " Battery and device care" option and "SIM card manager" option. Here I attached screenshots of the problem. How can I resolve the issues. Glad to hear your kind suggestions regarding the issues. Thanks.
