No response received from Samsung since 8 Feb 2021. Numerous phone calls and several emails send regarding promotional vouchers after my S21 perchance.

Same issue here. I am hugely concerned with some of the other complaints as well with people complaining about having purchased over a year ago and no 'gifts' or vouchers received. Up until now I have voiced concern here and via Samsung's chat support, which as been atrocious by the way, but it does appear to be time to escalate. In my view, terms and conditions included, this is bordering enticement during the sales and marketing process without the ability to fulfil.
