The Samsung service for products of home appliances is pathetic.. they have not been able to solve the cooling issue with my refrigerator that I bought 6 months ago. The cooling issue is right from the beginning. I feel cheated by this company on being given a defective piece. They have not replied to my emails. Daily I’m throwing edibles from my fridge. Would never recommend a Samsung Refrigerator or home alliance. Very poor quality and customer care
