My phone has small crack on the right bottom corner, where display is working perfectly fine. But when I visited Samsung Authorised service centre in Hyderabad, near Paradise, they denied to change the display which cost around 7k because they told me hardware complaints will not be covered under warranty. How can I find out whether my phone have hardware warranty or not. Please help to find a solution
Crack is considered physical damage which isn't covered in warranty. Thats the policy and we can't do anything about it unless you have baught Samsung Care+ damage insurance for the phone.
