Samsung solar smart remote is unable to connect

I brought Samsung bu8000 after setting up samsung solar smart remote is connected but after resseting the remote because of some reason i can't able to connect the remote with tv so please help me

Make sure that solar panels are not covered and it's receive enough lights...

We acknowledge your query and we request you to please follow the below-mentioned steps:-

Charge the remote and check
Remote control pairing is disconnected if the remote battery is low or due to any high BT interference.
charge the remote control via the USB port (C-type) for 10 minutes and try again.

Reset the remote control and pair again
Press and hold 'Option + Return' or 'Select + Return' Keys for 5 seconds or more
Wait until the remote pairs with the TV automatically.

If it does not pair, then try pairing manually one time
Press and hold 'Return' + 'Play / Pause Key for 3 seconds or more
