R, T, A Series

 

Press home button on the smart remote control
Then from the bottom left of the TV screen choose: Settings>General>Reset

J series

Press the "Menu" button on the smart remote control then choose: Support -> Self Diagnosis -> Reset.

K, M & N series

Press home button on the smart remote control
Then from the bottom left of the TV screen choose: Settings -> Support -> Self diagnosis -> Reset

Basic Models

Press the "Menu" button on the remote control then choose : Setup -> Self diagnosis -> Reset
