I've been a loyal Samsung user for a long time and have generally been very satisfied with my devices. However, recently I've encountered some concerning issues that I hope can be addressed in future updates, particularly before the rollout of One UI 7. I've been experiencing significant connectivity problems, alongside rapid battery drain. Additionally, my device has been heating up noticeably even during basic tasks like watching normal-quality YouTube videos. Just today, I also encountered a bug where the video player became completely unresponsive and appeared stuck. While I was initially very enthusiastic about the upcoming One Ul 7, these recent experiences have unfortunately led to some disappointment. I hope Samsung can investigate and resolve these issues to

ensure a smoother and more reliable user experience in the future.

As you are facing multiple issues with your device, we kindly ask you to share the log file with us. Additionally, if you have any video clips or images that illustrate the problem, it would greatly enhance our understanding.

Path: Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
