Samsung policy for OS updates and Security updates is different for smartphones

My dear everyone, Samsung policy for OS updates and Security updates is very different for their smartphones by series and models, it's not same for every Galaxy series and their devices . It's just like a partiality with every Samsung galaxy customers. As I think and I want it's not good for all Indian Samsung galaxy customers, it's very need to review this above mentioned policy by Samsung and come with a new equal and same policy for all Galaxy devices. I want Samsung give OS updates for 4 years and Security updates for 5 years for all series and all their smartphones Samsung galaxy 's models same and equally. Please Samsung think on it's by your open heart and by your open mind and give us same and equal policy for OS updates and Security updates to all series and all their smartphones devices 4 years for OS updates and 5 years for Security updates to all of us equal and same. And for last part my opinion is if one is buying 15 to 20k device every 2 year then it's okay. For top end models one should use it for at least 4 years.

Totally right bro, two smartphone giants apple and Samsung both of their recent models are only a bit upgrade over previous models. If one has money then change every month or day doesn't matter.😂

Mein bhi j7 nxt se S20 FE p ayya hun lekin sirf 3 saal😂.
Android 10 pe aya tha ab 13 chal raha hai soch raha tha S23 plus ke bare mein lekin phone to sahi hai aur 3 saal chale uske badd kuch karenge😂

I do agree with your opinion. But the problem is if samsung starts pushing 4 +5 years of update to 10k to 15k segments then there will be a hike in price and majority of user don't know what are updates as long as their phone works. But still those who know are ready to pay premium for top end and top mid range.
