I have been a hardcore Galaxy user since 2015. Over the past 6 years Samsung has done a great improvements in different areas when it comes to smartphones. Though some of them needs much more attention/polish. I request Samsung to take a note of these points to make their Galaxy devices much smoother to provide us a delightful user experience.
1. I don't see any big difference between Exynos/Qualcomm chipsets. In day to day usage what is noticeable is optimization of performance. Heating is the primary issues which requires much more attention. Samsung India should continuously focus on that.
2. Please provide atleast 25 watt charger brick with Galaxy devices, otherwise fast charging features makes no sense.
3. Please make a product Folio which focuses on quality not quantity. Releasing F, M, V bla bla series every 15 days actually gives user pain & the trust somehow is decreseing.
4. Build all your devices with amoled display, be it budget or high end. This is the segment Samsung is known for. Make your strength your forte.
5. Please try to keep a price tag as static as possible. You lauched a device for 25k after 2 months you slashed the price to 15k makes your fan frustrated. This is simply not done. Atleast try to balance a some sort of resale value which not only gives your user a big relief but also makes your product stands from the rest. Point no 3 is somewhat a reason of this. Please stop confusing your real fans, they are the true marketer/ advertiser of your products. So, strop thinking about marketing/advertising.
6. Try to rollout security patches/OTA update for a particular device (atleast) at a time for every user around the globe. Samsung India's developer are a bit slow in this segment everyone is complaining. Please be organised & focused.
7. Stop pushing unnecessary notifications/ apps with every updates. It's a mess I tell you which ultimately hampers user experience in the days to come.
So these are some of my observations from my usage. I believe/expect Samsung India takes a note of these & arrange to make necessary arrangements to resolve these issues which ultimately give them a long term benefit.
If you guys are having any other issues please let me know in the comment section. If you really think these are some important issues Samsung India should really work on then hit the likes, share it around.

Provide feedback to samsung developers via feedback section(ask questions section), they need a minimum no. Of feedback from individual users (respect to no. of sales of device across all platforms), to add a premium feature. To provide feedback in samsung members app, Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Ask questions. If you want quicker action, write on every channel, whatsapp, samsung members app - ask question and error report, ceo escalation desk, service head desk, call toll free no. , support email of samsung, youtube, samsung content help( google it),samsung live chat, twitter, etc.
