Hi Samsung Community,I'm incredibly frustrated with the persistent network connectivity issues on my Samsung phone. The device constantly drops Wi-Fi and mobile data connections, severely disrupting calls, messaging, and internet browsing. Despite restarting the device, resetting network settings, and updating the software, nothing has resolved the issue.This is unacceptable for a device of this caliber. Samsung needs to address this problem immediately and provide a permanent fix. I expect better reliability from such a reputable brand.Please escalate this issue and work on a solution promptly.

Does anybody else feels the same.

I can't go out to buy stuff or have food as I use UPI and worried if I'll be able to pay or will I face issue while paying. Just today I paid upfront before ordering food so thst later I dont face issue while paying

Please reset network setting of both Sim one by one and than reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time, restart your's device without any Sim in slots, interchange Sim in slots, turn off power saving mode then try to it's again. I'm using this phone for last 9-10 months and I'm facing this issue from day 1. I've tried all these and yet no solution even replaced my SIM's yet no solution. For last few months I've done all the amenments suggested yet no solution. If lots of people are raising this issue do you think there could be a innate issue with the devices made by Samsung. It's not one user who is raising this issue. Today it frustrated me so baaad. I've to come back from a restaurant without having food just because SAMSUNG network issue is there. Its's so frustating you cannot bear it anymore.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team. As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Kindly check the device in a different location/network coverage area.

Check device network mode settings: Settings> Connections> Mobile networks> network mode SIM1 or SIM2> Select network mode(set device network mode as 5G/LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.).

Check network operator settings: Settings> Connections> Mobile networks>Network operators> Select automatically> OK> Registered on the network.
Note: We recommend setting device network operators as automatically.

Kindly check the same SIM card in another phone or another SIM card in the same phone to verify the issue.

Reset settings: Settings > General Management > Reset.

All these have been performed already, yet no solution. Only thing pending is a visit. But I cannot comprehend that such a Big company's device have issues that too almost everyone before this I used a Xiomi phone for years but never had such issue. Seems like my decision was wrong. I'm now inclined to go for an Apple or any other device.

One buys a device to make their life simple and easy but here I'm fighting just to talk to someone and I've to run back and forth hoping the reception gets better. This device just added an additional headache.
