The search on your Dialer is really Bad, take a suggestion from Google or Mi dialer, when user search for a name include recent dialed contacts at top, also search by first name or last name, if I am searching for a name start with s, I don't want contact name where s is present in middle of first name or last name.
Also increase the limit of recent call log, it's only 2000, you can easily use recycler view or any other to avoid system load.. for business man making various calls a day, a call log of a month is really low.
