I have purchased Samsung freestyle projector. I found a issue that the left part of projection is blur. Technicians tried to repair but they were unable to fix it and Auto focus stoped working after. I don't know why Samsung is not able fix and not giving any resolution like replacement. How do I trust a reputed company products. I feel cheap chainese brands can achieve good picture focus atleast. Isn't projector main aim to give a sharp focus?

From the first week of purchase I am contacting the service center they have assigned Customer experience manager. But where is the fix where is the resolution. Service center is failing to fix the focus thing. I am unable to experience the projector from the day I bought. I don't know why Samsung is taking so log to give proper resolution.
