I purchased a freestyle gen 2 projector sp-lff3claxxzn which have issues in some apps like bob player where it doesn't load the app and mac id is not displayed.
I gave it to samsung center they fixed it by lowering the firmware version.
Currently I am unable to update to the latest version my device is stuck at 1457 version which is very old for 2nd Gen samsung freestyle and I am unable to find any software like smartswitch to upgrade it to latest firmware version.
