I am writing to seek your support regarding a defective Samsung memory card purchased through Flipkart.
I purchased a Samsung memory card from Flipkart, but the product is not working. Due to this issue, I placed a return/replacement request on Flipkart. However, Flipkart rejected my request and advised me to contact the brand (Samsung) for further assistance.
Following their advice, I visited my nearest Samsung store/service point and explained the issue. However, they denied my request stating that this particular memory card model has been discontinued/stopped manufacturing, and hence they are unable to provide a replacement.
This has left me without any resolution even though the product is defective. I request Samsung to kindly look into this matter and provide one of the following:
Replacement with an equivalent or higher model, OR
Repair (if possible), OR
Any alternative resolution under warranty/support policy
